The Role

We are looking for a Talent Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the organisation. This role is key in shaping the company’s workforce by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting hiring managers, maintaining compliance, and building a consistent and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from job request to offer and onboarding

  • Write job ads, source candidates, manage job boards and internal databases

  • Coordinate and brief external recruitment agencies

  • Maintain the job description library, recruitment trackers, and onboarding lists

  • Conduct CV screening, schedule interviews, and gather feedback

  • Administer recruitment payments and agency contracts through Coupa

  • Support hiring managers with market insights and interview processes

  • Drive improvements in recruitment policies, processes, and reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, EE, POPIA, and company procedures

  • Supervise and mentor a Talent Acquisition Administrator

  • Manage assessment centres, update careers portals, and oversee candidate experience

  • Provide quarterly reports on recruitment volumes, trends, and metrics

What You’ll Need

Qualifications & Experience (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, including high-volume, multi-skilled hiring

  • Proven stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills

  • Strong command of labour legislation and recruitment best practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Preferred:

  • 2+ years recruiting in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics

  • Experience supporting recruitment for technical and site-based roles
