What will you be doing?
Babble is seeking an Enterprise Customer Experience Executive (CXE) to manage and elevate the experience of our high-value, strategic accounts. This role goes beyond reactive support—it’s about proactive relationship management, strategic insight, and driving long-term value for our enterprise customers.
Main Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals.
- Analyse customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive enterprise-level customer satisfaction (CSAT), retention, and expansion.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and influencing product/service enhancements.
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded across all touchpoints.

- 4+ years in a customer-facing role with enterprise clients.
- Experience in telecoms, cloud services, or a related tech environment. (preferable)
- Familiarity with customer success platforms and reporting tools.

Home-Working Policy
- Your location will be home based, and you will require stable internet connection.
- It will be your responsibility to have a solution in place to mitigate loadshedding to ensure you are able to work your normal shifts effectively, working from a public space is not deemed a acceptable solution.
- As a home worker we expect you to have a suitable work set up, desk and a chair in a quiet space.
