Hybrid Site & Service Sales Key Account Manager Senior - Southern Peru bei Flsmidth

Responsibilities

• Focuses on medium to long-term planning and face-to-face selling of a variety of products, services, and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients

• Supports development of medium to long-range sales plans and prepares strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers

• Identifies opportunities in existing customer installations for replacement of equipment with products/equipment from the FLSmidth portfolio (increased wallet share)

• Manages a team of Account Managers and is responsible for setting targets and objectives in alignment with the Group/Regional goals

• Identifies and manages interactions with the assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities

• Ensures problem resolutions and ensures customers receive high-quality customer service

• Ensures development of client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts

• Customer Acquisition may happen from time to time, but the majority of focus over time is on existing customers

• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities

What you bring

• B.S. in Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in mining sales

• Thorough understanding of FLS products and offerings

• Proven ability to drive sales growth in the mining industry

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to train and mentor peers
