You’ll be responsible for:

• Creation of Aconex references & ensuring documents are uploaded correctly

• Translation of items as needed & proof reading of DeepL files

• Creation of charts & graphs as needed

• PDMS Format Review

• Update of technical note tracker

• Supporting with operation of Moodle Learning Portal

• Updating and monitoring user lists

• Uploading new courses

• Downloading data and reports

• Support & delivery if knowledge transfer sessions

• Monitoring and promoting use of UKDT Knowledge Transfer Register

• Monitoring and promoting use of UKDT Lessons Learned Register

• Updating the Risk Register

• Supporting with inputs for Power BI Dashboards
