Responsibilities:-
- Implement the company strategies and work closely with Head of Sales to achieve designated NOS for the assigned business accounts; Mustafa, Hypermarket and Independent Retailers.
- Align with Merchandising team on products and promotions for in-store and external events/fairs for assigned accounts.
- Acquire in-depth understanding of the customers and their business needs to establish and maintain long-term working relationships.
- Identify new opportunities in Hypermarket account, follow up and support POS expansion.
- Ability to update management on market competition, demand and changes.
- Performs any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
Requirements:-
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a hypermarket and wholesale environment.
- Able to lead, train and motivate a team of sales associate and understand the demands of running a wholesale business with proven track record.
- Analytical and proven ability in problem solving.
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines.
- Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
