Hybrid Sales Executive na Samsonite

Responsibilities:-

  • Implement the company strategies and work closely with Head of Sales to achieve designated NOS for the assigned business accounts; Mustafa, Hypermarket and Independent Retailers.
  • Align with Merchandising team on products and promotions for in-store and external events/fairs for assigned accounts. 
  • Acquire in-depth understanding of the customers and their business needs to establish and maintain long-term working relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities in Hypermarket account, follow up and support POS expansion.
  • Ability to update management on market competition, demand and changes.
  • Performs any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
     

Qualifications

Requirements:-

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related fields. 
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a hypermarket and wholesale environment. 
  • Able to lead, train and motivate a team of sales associate and understand the demands of running a wholesale business with proven track record. 
  • Analytical and proven ability in problem solving.
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
