REPLACE WITH JOB TITLE

Key responsibilities:

Project Management - Manage projects within a given budget and time frame to achieve the desired performance.

This typically includes but not limited to the following: -

• Preliminary site visits and meetings.
• Prepare, monitor and update project schedule.
• Prepare necessary drawings such as P&ID, GA drawing, electrical panel & wiring diagram.
• Review drawings by vendor.
• Drawing submission, revision and updates.
• Commissioning and SAT
• On-site system training.
• Documentation
• Obtain quotations & liaising with sub-contractors and vendors.
• To coordinate and supervise installation works using approved sub-contractors
• Other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate and reason with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS office – Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Computer ability in Auto CAD or SolidWorks program.
• Good knowledge of Oracle and CRM will be an advantage.
• Well organized and good time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
