Overview:
Ksisters is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll execute and manage brand-aligned visual content across multiple platforms, bringing campaigns and brand stories to life through strong design execution.You will work closely with the Senior Creative Designer, internal departments, and external partners to ensure visual consistency and deliver engaging creative assets that support marketing goals, e-commerce growth, and brand experience. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about crafting impactful design across digital and physical touch points.

Key Responsibilities


Creative Strategy & Execution

  • Oversee and lead the development of all social media visual content
  • Design visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Create and maintain e-commerce assets for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify
  • Design and schedule weekly newsletters aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Develop web banners and marketplace visuals that align with seasonal promotions and launches
  • Support visual storytelling for product and campaign launches

Brand Leadership

  • Serve as the gatekeeper of Ksisters' visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all touch points and cross-functional teams
  • Drive standardisation of branding across all collaterals and departments
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all creative assets
  • Apply and uphold brand guidelines across internal and external communications
  • Standardise design execution across collaterals, teams, and channels

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaign visuals, promotions, and partnerships (e.g., Guardian, Watsons)
  • Design creative assets and layout plans for events and pop-ups
  • Provide spatial planning and visual support for retail activations and onsite branding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and deliver impactful creative assets

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand consistency across digital and print platforms
  • Proven experience applying brand identity across various channels
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects, Canva or Figma is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
