We are seeking an experienced and driven Channel Sales Specialist to join our sales team, focusing on growing referred revenue from brokers across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. 

This individual will play a key role in realizing new business opportunities by furthering individual partner relationships established by the Channel Partnerships team, managing the sales pipeline from referral deals, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Client Success team. 

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with internal teams to achieve a revenue target annually.

  • Pipeline Development and Management:
    • Collaborate with partners / brokers to uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and position the company as a strategic partner for mental health benefits.
    • Enable channel partnerships team to develop joint business pursuits of target accounts.
  • Channel Sales Process Ownership:
    • Lead the channel sales process from opportunity qualification to deal closure, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
    • Continually seek opportunities to refine the sales process to improve conversion rate, deal ACV, and deal velocity.
  • Cross‑Functional Feedback
    • Share market insights and client feedback with Product, Consulting and Customer Success teams
    • Help refine solution roadmaps and service offerings based on on‑the‑ground intelligence

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partnership development
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with partners.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Knowledge of the APAC region’s employee benefits landscape is preferred.
