Key responsibilities

1. Induce Trial Activities in Events

  • Develop event calendar and manage monthly event scorecard.
  • Lead-end-to-end event management includes agency brief to ensure excellent execution according to brand guidelines.
  • Track trial activities results and analysis for continuous improvements.
  • Work with retailers to ensure top notch support to drive customers and sales to event.

2. Oversee Communication Materials Execution and Sampling Activities

  • Ensure POSM is produced & installed according to brand guidelines and on schedule as per global deployment.
  • Provide execution tracker and report.
  • Ensure quality of each design proposed by agency meets brand equity standard.
  • Manage sampling activities by ensuring Welcome Gift availability, allocation and usage
  • Work closely with trade partners to ensure brands exposure and mechanics are consistently managed and well presented.

3. Traffic Generation Activities, focusing on Key Consumption Period – Thematic Event

  • Leverage moment to drive traffic and improve in the store.
  • Brainstorm tactical and long-term programs to increase traffic to counters, translating into SK-II new users.
  • Constantly track New User result per month
  • Monthly submission of New User target to field team and report to principal.

4.  Direct report into the Senior Brand Manager on any other marketing/ad-hoc activities related matters and supervising offline and online marketing campaigns

  • Submission of Promotion Summary Plans to SBM for review top work on Building Block.
  • Submission of SMS blast content to SBM and P&G on every 3rd week of the month once Promotions are final during review.
  • Research and update monthly business review on competitors’ insights and ranking.
  • Update on Event ROI tracker every month with Actualised and New Plans.
  • Liaise closely with SPA Partner for submission of the yearly and monthly promotion plans and the quarterly request.
  • Work on transfer request to beauty counter, agency or SPA partner based on ad hoc request.
  • Work on HSA registration for all New products.
  • Liaise with Sephora Key Account Manager on New Product registration and launch plans.
  • Creation of all PO and update on PO expense every month as well as follow up on PO and payment issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios or internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience (preferably in FMCG / luxury / retail).
  • Good in Excel and PowerPoint (will be tested)
  • Good eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling
  • Good sense of trend and consumer behaviour
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
  • Analytical, numerically strong, meticulous and organized with a flair / passion for beauty or FMCG products
  • A team player that thrives in a fast-paced competitive business environment
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and can build strong rapport with key stakeholders
  • Possess good communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of English language
