Internal Control:You lead and perform internal audits, identify key control weaknesses on procedures and propose corrective action plans, ensuring that risk mitigations operate effectivelyYou monitor the defined action plans to ensure remediation on audit findings, with status reportingYou conduct regular analysis on internal controls, Entity Level Control (ELC) campaign as part of SOX compliance, vetting, segregation of duties (SOD), etcYou build the entity risk mapping through internal interviews and deep analysis, describing and estimating the risks affecting the businessYou lead the process to create, update, standardize and improve documentation of all controls, procedures, business processesYou ensure the annual review of the procedures of TEMFYou are responsible for the Quality Management System and the QMBS certification in SingaporeYou monitor and maintain documents related to governance (various declarations, delegation of authorities, etc)Compliance & Ethics:You perform compliance due diligence checks on counterpartiesYou provide support on compliance, including the annual reportingYou coordinate internal communications related to compliance and ethics topics (anti-fraud, anti-corruption, etc)Risk Control:You proactively identify, quantify and analyse the risk in the company’s portfolio across geographies, products, instruments/indexes by developing and improving current programs and management tools as required by management or trading deskData/ Profitability analysis and/or statistical report as required by management or trading deskHealth, Safety, Environment & Quality:You lead HSE topics in Singapore in conjunction with the HSE team in Paris (crisis management, safety tour…)You coordinate with other local TotalEnergies entities, organize and conduct stakeholder’s consultations You perform quality audits and monitor the implementation of agreed action plans for annual bunkering license renewalYou coordinate internal communications related to HSE topics Jetzt bewerben
