This position involves working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks. What You Will DoWork closely with Sales department/Finance department and supply chain for business operationMonitor and review the schedule or progress of customer order.Monitor sales targets achievementSupport sales Manager with customer communication and customer managementAttend customer enquiry via email.Entering distributors’ orders, checking stock availability, issue SOs, issuing delivery notes and invoices, preparing shipping documents as per required by individual distributors.Coordinator all shipments and delivery schedule on time per customer monthly requirement.Work very closely with 3PL warehouse at China for weekly shipment arrangement.Monitor outstanding customer’s orders and follow up closely with supply chain teamMaintain product information for ANZ customersCountry assign – Rasco / ANZ ( Car and Lux customers ) & Lux new customersANZ E-com postingAssist department during peak period for the documentation. What You Need to Be Successful3+ years of experience in a sales or administrative role is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication (both written and verbal)Attention to detailAbility to multitask and work under pressureA team player with a positive attitudeProactive and eager to learn and grow in the sales field Bonus Points if You HaveDiploma or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with CRM systems is a plus What Makes You EligibleAble to work in an office environment (hybrid) What We OfferFlexible work environmentAccess to employee discounts on world-class Harman products (JBL, HARMAN Kardon, AKG, etc.)Extensive training opportunities through our own HARMAN University“Be Brilliant” employee recognition and rewards programAn inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages professional and personal development You Belong HereHARMAN is committed to making every employee feel welcomed, valued, and empowered.
