Responsibilities
- Support the creation and maintenance of procurement documentation, such as purchase orders, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs, gather requirements, and provide assistance in the procurement process.
- Aid in monitoring and tracking supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, cost-saving opportunities, and industry trends.
- Support the negotiation process by gathering relevant data, preparing comparative analysis, and participating in supplier negotiations under the guidance of the procurement team.
- Contribute to implementing and improving procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
Qualifications
Diploma in Business Management, specializing in Supply Chain & Logistics Management
