Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Support
- Collaborate with IT, Technology Solutions Team, and Operations teams to support the migration from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA.
- Assist in the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of SAP WM/EWM modules.
- Provide training and support to warehouse personnel on new SAP functionalities and workflows.
- Document SAP-related processes and maintain user support materials.
2. IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management
- Maintain and troubleshoot warehouse IT hardware, including barcode scanners, printers, handheld terminals, tablets, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.
- Monitor and ensure high availability and reliability of all warehouse IT systems.
3. Warehouse Process Optimization
- Analyze existing warehouse workflows to identify opportunities for digital enhancement.
- Implement and support automation tools such as RFID, voice picking systems, and mobile applications.
- Facilitate integration of third-party logistics systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with SAP and other enterprise platforms.
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all warehouse systems.
5. System Security & Compliance
- Enforce IT security protocols and best practices within the warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and data protection regulations.
6. Training & Documentation
- Create and maintain user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Conduct regular training sessions for warehouse staff on digital tools and IT systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Proficient in SAP WM/EWM and S/4HANA modules.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse technologies such as RFID, barcode systems, and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
