POSITION OVERVIEW:

Project Commissioning Manager who possess strong technical competencies in Signaling and EHS management.

        
RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Lead, develop and motivate T&C team
• Manpower and budgeting management of TnC Team to deliver project on time.
• Act as the main contact point for the client and operator regarding site activity preparation and coordination.
• To create Monthly Project Report for transparency and follow up of project TnC progress. 
• Make sure that T&C documents such as test procedure and test report submission for internal and external parties.are on time
• Activity planning creation in weekly and monthly basis until the end of the project and be able to alert management in case of planning issue
• Organize regular meeting with Engineering Manager, Installation manager, and Warranty manager to tackle potential issue or backlog that will impact T&C activity
• Create weekly and monthly activity planning and manpower arrangement for T&C activities.
• Implement the processes, methods and tools corresponding to TnC activities based on ALSTOM guidelines

SKILLS & EDUCATION  

Essential: 

• Master Degree in Engineering
• Strong experience in project coordination
• Strong leadership is a must
• Organizational agility
• Flexible working hour and schedule (example: night or weekend)
• Strong safety and EHS awareness
• Customer oriented, Ability to handle demanding customer and pressure
• Extensive knowledge of Signalling principles, testing and validation.

Desirable: 
-    At least 10 years of experiences in the T&C activities for Signalling Projects
-    Strong experience of working within similar contractors/client environment
-    Good knowledge and ability to lead on site T&C activities 
-    Good knowledge of Defect Management
-    Broad Knowledge of the subsystems / products to be tested and commissioned (Urbalis solution).
-    Capacity to provide solutions based on Operational Concepts (Customer Oriented) and Product Policy
-    Strong Knowledge on System Development Life Cycle
