Role Overview 

We seek a Consumer Marketing Manager to drive our brand vision and lead go-to-market execution for MomGenie (a generative AI product) across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. We seek a Consumer Marketing Manager to drive our brand vision and lead go-to-market execution for MomGenie (a generative AI product) across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies to launch MomGenie across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, driving new user acquisition and growth. 
  • Regional Campaign Execution: Coordinate launch campaigns and marketing initiatives in multiple countries, ensuring timely execution and consistent, localized brand messaging for each market. 
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Manage and optimize campaigns across social media, email, content, paid advertising, and events to maximize user growth and engagement. 
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. 
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Community team to design engagement programs and advocacy initiatives that foster brand love and loyalty among our parent community. 
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent, compelling brand voice across all user touchpoints (app, web, social, email) and regularly audit these channels to improve engagement. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, content, design, and data teams to align marketing campaigns with product updates and insights, developing messaging that resonates with our target audience. 

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of consumer (B2C) marketing or product launch experience, ideally with multi-market exposure in Southeast Asia. 
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with parenting, family-centric products, or community platforms is a strong plus. 
  • Marketing Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement. Proficient in digital channels (social media, content, SEO, email, performance ads) and growth tactics. 
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience using data, analytics tools, CRM systems, and A/B testing to drive decisions. 
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and attention to detail. 
  • Collaboration & Communication: Experience coordinating with product, data and creative teams, or agencies to bring campaigns to life. 
  • Adaptability: High-energy, proactive self-starter who is resourceful, thrives in a fast-paced, agile startup environment, and takes a creative approach to problem-solving. 
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
