Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization

Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide tailored solutions

Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Manage the onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure a seamless transition

Identify and address skill gaps within the organization, and implement training and development programs to upskill employees

Requirements

Minimum {2} years of experience in a talent management or human resources role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry

Strong understanding of talent management best practices and trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent strategies that align with business objectives
