Main Responsibilities
1. Collect, analyze, and report ESG data from work units and subsidiaries according to applicable indicators and reporting standards (POJK, GRI, IFRS, etc).
2. Monitor the progress of ESG initiatives and support the implementation of cross-departmental sustainability projects.
3. Support the implementation of ESG socialization, training, and workshops and promote internal understanding and engagement on sustainability principles.
4. Actively coordinate with Dept. Heads, work units, and subsidiaries regarding Investor Relations & ESG Division activities.
5. Manage documentation, minutes, data archives, and administrative systems of the Investor Relations & ESG Division according to company standards.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Economics, Management, International Relations, or other relevant fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience. Experience in ESG, sustainability, or related areas is a strong advantage.
3. Basic understanding of ESG concepts, sustainability materiality, and reporting standards (e.g., POJK No.51/2017, GRI, IFRS, etc.).
4. Proficient in data management and analysis using Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and teams.
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
