Role Summary

This role provides administrative support to the People Services team and assists with talent acquisition activities, helping ensure smooth HR operations and an excellent experience for employees and candidates. As a key member of the People Services department, you will contribute to building an efficient, employee-focused HR function while embodying our values of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Remote Options: Fully Remote

What You’ll Be Doing 

·       Provide administrative support for People Services, including managing employee records, maintaining HR systems, and preparing reports and documents.

·       Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting prescreen, and coordinating candidate communications.

·       Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

·       Respond to employee inquiries and help direct employees to appropriate resources or policies.

·       Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

·       Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For

·       HR Administration and Documentation Experience

·       Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS usage (UKG Preferred)

·       Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
