We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support the HR People Relations SE and Spain GBS in delivering strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives in collaboration with the HRSS Manager and the office manager of this area. 

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and collaborate with different departments like Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing and PS.

 

Responsibilities

Administrative Support for Training Programs

  • Assist in capturing 2025 training dates and ensuring employees enrollment.
  • Help organize and coordinate training sessions including PO and vendor creation, employees’ attendance list, trainings invitations and materials.
  • Manage the language platform “PREPLY”: tracking monthly attendance, platform data maintenance and supporting employees’ requests.
  • Assist employees on virtual and in-person training requests: manage LinkedIn Learning training program.

 

Assisting in employees’ surveys

  • 360 Feedback preparation & analysis on demand.
  • Participate and analyze the annual employee engagement survey results by teams.

 

Administrative Support on labor tasks by building partnership with the HRSS Manager

  • Assist international employees’ transfer requests in compliance with the Spanish law.
  • Update and share with employees the Spanish and Italian policies and practices.
  • Assist in labor admin tasks: preparing HR documents and updating the internal SharePoint.
  • Manage the Health & Safety admin tasks (GBS Barcelona): schedule medical checks and risk prevention trainings for employees.

 

Support in updating the HR system

  • Supporting the HR Business Partner in completing the HR deadlines: Performance review, Career development, Talent Review and Goal setting.

 

Support in managing Barcelona offices

  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Giving access to visitors and other Duracell employees

 

Support in Diversity and Inclusion activities & trainings

  • In collaboration with Fundación Adecco, helping in preparing D&I activities and trainings.

Qualifications

Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English & Spanish communication skills (Proficiency Level)
  • Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Spanish labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills.
