Job Qualifications

Education Level : Master in Social Work

Experience : 1-3 years

Language Skill : Good command of both written and spoken English

Computer Skill : Proficiency in MS Office

Other Knowledge and Skills : Strong logical thinking ability and good communication skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate records of employee time, including hours worked, breaks, and overtime.
  • Processing leave requests, tracking employee leave balances, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assisting with payroll processing, verifying time data, and ensuring accurate payment of employee wages.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding working hours, breaks, and overtime.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee time, leave, and attendance, as well as any relevant documentation.
  • Preparing reports on absenteeism, late coming, overtime, and other relevant metrics.
  • Providing assistance with HR-related tasks, such as employee record maintenance and data management.
  • Contractual Employees hiring, training & Onboarding.
  • Apprenticeship Portal management under Apprenticeship Act 1961.
  • Plant 5’ S management (Housekeeping Management)

Key Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing labor relations landscape.

Note: Working exposure on time office software (Starlink/ Savior) will be preferred
