Prepare and issue contracts and related documents with regards to the NetJets program and products, ascertain correct contract procedures and subsequent administration to ensure timely and correct execution of legal documentation in line with the NetJets program and policies.
- Analyse and prepare Fractional Owner Contract requests to filter standard from non-standard terms and conditions to execute contract documentation in line with Owner’s request and taking into account legal and NetJets policies within a timely manner;
- Audit contract prepared within Team to prevent errors;
- Request approval and missing information to Sales when required to ensure that contracts are drafted according to internal policies and legal requirements;
- Ensure all documentation received from Owner’s are compliant and in accordance with NetJets policies and legal requirements;
- Support sales and their service strategy, assisting with questions or details related with each contract request, availability, deadlines or general legal wording;
- Manage and prepare documentation for contract terminations until final deregistration at ANAC while liaising with the respective AE/VP or customer;
- Prepare and manage all Owner Contracts documentation in a timely and efficient manner to guarantee that all legal requirements are met. Return countersigned documents, after checking all the necessary signatures and data are correct;
- Answer owner contract and NetJets Program related queries from all Departments and provide high level advice on contractual issues involving legal and commercial terms to provide maximum benefit to NetJets Europe and to the customer within a timely manner;
- Manage and maintain internal systems and Legal authorities with relevant information on the Fractional Owner’s contracts and accounts and announce updates to relevant stakeholders;
- Manage and maintain registered interests and information is updated to Legal Authorities (ANAC);
- Manage and maintain all Owner Contracts’ documentation in a timely and efficient manner to guarantee that all legal requirements are met;
- Propose and develop improvement of processes or tools in order to enhance process and tools.
- Minimum 3 year knowledge of NetJets products (Owner services, Sales / Sales Support, Billing);
- Ability to deal with contractual matters;
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office.
