Job Summary

We are hiring a Product Engineer to join a small, senior team building one of the most advanced AI copilots for enterprise teams. This company is redefining how knowledge work gets done—turning messy internal systems and scattered documentation into structured, actionable answers through a single, intuitive interface. As a core contributor, you’ll help shape everything from backend architecture to frontend experience, working on deeply technical problems like semantic search, permissions handling, and real-time collaboration. It’s a hands-on role in a product-obsessed, fast-moving environment where engineering decisions have a direct impact on speed, usability, and customer value

In this role, you will

• Lead the development of full-stack solutions, from designing intuitive user interfaces to crafting robust backend systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers and data scientists, to seamlessly integrate AI models into user-centric applications.

• Architect scalable, maintainable systems that support the company’s rapid growth and mission to make a meaningful environmental impact.

• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud solutions.

• Automate and optimize systems to deliver faster, more efficient solutions to both users and internal teams.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science foundations

• Strong knowledge of core web technologies like React, Next.js, Tailwind, and Typescript. Familiarity with Python and AWS is a plus

• Passion for both AI/LLMs and user experience and design

• A commitment to collaborative teamwork, continuous growth, and constructive feedback-seeking

• Experience working at early-stage startups is a plus
