About the job

The role designed for you:

As a Production & Planning Specialist you have the mission of ensuring the manufacturing planification and follow-up to be able to manufacture in the most efficient way, improve and therefore maximize business results in the Derio Site. You will be responsible to do the planning for the coating and slitting machines at the same time you analyze production deviations, mistakes, possible optimization, etc. considering the orders coming from Customer Service, midterm demand and Row materials availability in the Site.   

• You will manage customer orders and confirm delivery times.
• You will define production cycles, volumes per cycle based on actual demand / forecasts (either based on a history or forecast sales)
• You will manage the finished product, check all the orders that have stock in the finished product and assign it to the order, respecting the conditions of packaging and price.
• You will monitor, control and generate replacements of SA stocks
• You will do MTO order management - MOQ verification - Schedule and confirm availability date
• Based on the defined production cycles, you will define SKUs and volume per SKU
• You will manage parts of customer claims and respond to them for transport problems and handling department.
• You will monitor / Update Production planning
• You will coordinate with fulfillment special productions, date breaches, etc.
• You will dispatch Production planning with Quality - production

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:

• You possess 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, concretely in planning
• You hold a related Bachelor is needed for this role (Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
• You show Health and Safety good practices, either from an experience or a formal training
• You are autonomous person and team player.
• You define yourself as stable, dynamic, hardworking and eager for improvement
• You have analytical and planning skills
• You are proficient in Spanish and English
