Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthodontics, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a smooth, efficient, and friendly front office environment. Orthodontic knowledge is a must, and OrthoTrac experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the orthodontic office

  • Support and manage front desk and administrative staff

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all patients

  • Maintain appointment scheduling and office flow

  • Assist with insurance processing and patient billing

  • Utilize dental practice software (OrthoTrac experience is a plus)

  • Help with staff onboarding, training, and communication

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate ordering as needed

  • Ensure the office follows all privacy, health, and safety standards

  • Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to support overall practice goals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an orthodontic or dental office

  • Prior leadership or management experience is strongly preferred

  • Proficiency with dental practice management software (OrthoTrac preferred)

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Understanding of dental billing, insurance, and Canadian privacy regulations
