ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

NP Digital France, recently established in Paris, is experiencing strong growth and is looking for versatile and motivated talents to join our team. Working with NP Digital France means joining a team operating in start-up mode while benefiting from the expertise of a world-class agency.  

In this role, you will be responsible for managing different international and French accounts to improve their organic visibility. This position includes cross-country collaboration with other markets around the world when managing international clients. 

As a growing company, you will work closely with other teams (SEA, UX, Data) and senior management to develop optimal strategies for the company and our clients. You will also have the opportunity to support the sales team for potential customers looking to grow their business through digital media. 

You will need to be proactive, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. In addition, you will be expected to mentor and collaborate effectively with other team members. 

To be considered, candidates must be eligible to work in France and are required to be fluent in French and English. 

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Manage a portfolio of international and French clients. Provide in-depth analytics and develop effective SEO strategies to increase the visibility and organic traffic of their website 
  • Go beyond tactical SEO execution to provide high-level, tailor-made, best-in-class strategic recommendations 
  • Execute complex SEO deliverables (technical analysis, keyword strategy, backlink analysis, etc.) and other deliverables as needed 
  • Use SEO analytics tools to monitor performance and produce detailed reports for clients 
  • Participate in meetings with potential clients and prepare SEO audits to support sales and business development efforts 
  • Constantly looking for new opportunities and approaches to improve clients' SEO performance 
  • Educate clients and the internal team on SEO best practices and general training 
  • Be proactive in assisting team members to find and implement the best SEO solutions and strategies 
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and show initiative to complete complex projects 

ABOUT YOU 

  • 3+ Years of SEO experience, experience in an agency is preferred 
  • Demonstrated strong performance in previous roles, with increasing levels of accountability 
  • Ability to make presentations and communicate effectively with clients 
  • Technical experience in SEO, comfortable with various CMS platforms and able to troubleshoot and solve various common issues with these systems 
  • Proven proficiency in developing, managing, executing, and measuring SEO campaigns for medium-to-large businesses 
  • In-depth proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, etc 
  • Exceptional project management, French writing and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously, while meeting internal and external workload expectations 
  • Passion for SEO and ability to share industry knowledge with team members 
  • Ability to know when to ask for help and when to find solutions on your own as needed
