THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking for a bilingual speaking person (DE-FR) who is dynamic, well-organized and has great problem-solving skills, to carry out various administrative tasks, up to 12 hours per week.

The person will have a real “cameleon-role” combining tasks such as:

  • Post management: scan and send the invoices, letters, etc. to the relevant Departments with clear instructions;
  • Managing office supplies: regularly check what is needed and order if necessary, as well as ensure that the office space is clean, safe and well-maintained;
  • Support with reporting and presentation tasks;
  • Lend a helping hand in various projects in terms of creation of calendars, double-check and follow up the flow of projects, reach out to partners for quotes, send confirmation E-mails etc.
