Job Description:
- Customer billing for Daily Orders and Functions.
- Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Collection and review aged trial balance.
- Customer contact re: past due invoices.
- A/R Account Reconciliation.
- Monitor monthly A/R account statements.
- Other accounting duties
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- 1 – 3 years Billing, A/R, credit and collections experience.
- Customer service orientated.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with accounting software programs.
- CPA Level 2 or 3 or college diploma.
