The Quality Assurance lead will be responsible for validating the “quality of
accounting informationˮ as well as addressing issues in processes that lead to
poor information quality. At the same time will be responsible for analyzing flux
variations between actuals and managerial figures
The QA Team Lead will also be expected to mentor and guide team members,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Lead and manage a team of QA analysts, providing guidance and
mentorship.
● Maintain and enhance quality assurance processes and standard
● Provide regular status updates and reports to management
● Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful
project delivery.
● Lead and design analytical review processes in accounting balances
● Document QA process properly on a monthly basis.
● Lead and manage KPI to analyze the reasonableness of business trends

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in previous positions
• Proven experience leading and managing QA teams.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Process
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
• simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Manage Data skills is a plus
