The role of our Commercial Business Division is to be the voice of the customer based on a strong customer centric approach. By listening and deeply understanding our customer needs, we provide them with a large range of advanced and customized solutions helping at meeting their needs while also contributing at reducing their carbon footprint.
The scope includes Electrical heaters, fired heaters, revamps and energy efficiency improvement solutions, digital heater remote monitoring solutions.
Missions :
In an evolving heater market (electrification, modification of existing assets to increase energy efficiency and reduce emissions), you will collaborate closely with our clients to propose the appropriate solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible to ensure the promotion and the sales of our Heurtey Petrochem Solution offering.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and identifying opportunities in the area
- Developing long-term business relationship and connections with clients at every level of their organization
- Leading sales tactics and co-constructing with client and internal disciplines the winning proposition
- Acting as the conductor of offers by coordinating with internal interfaces with involved Axens departments, especially proposal team
- Negotiating contracts in coordination with the Legal Department
- Closing deals
- Maintaining a sponsor relationship with the client during contractual execution
- Maintaining an accurate forecast and a healthy prospects pipeline in the area with relevant CRM compilation and reporting
Knowledge and Required Level :
You possess expertise in selling equipment or executing industrial installation projects with a significant technical aspect in a competitive, international environment.
You demonstrate an appetite for customer relations and commercial activities and negotiations.
You have a good knowledge of the different actors (End-Users, EPCs, fabricators, etc..) and have an excellent level of English.
Experience in thermal equipment and revamping projects would be a plus.
