Who we are looking for

As Technical Marketing Manager – Sealants, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sealants portfolio, ensuring market relevance, and driving innovation in line with customer needs. As part of a Center of Excellence dedicated to Sealants, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to develop and implement product strategies that set Kerakoll apart in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
Define and execute the technology roadmap for the sealants business, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
In collaboration with Corporate Product Managers & Corporate Product Leaders and regional organizations define and execute a Corporate Business Plan for each Product Lines.  
Innovation & Market Trends
Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to drive new product development and differentiation.  
Go-To-Market Execution
In collaboration with the Corporate & Country marketing teams, support the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning and promotional activities.  
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure product success from concept, adaptation to country of distribution to launch. The role is expected to spend considerable amount of time in Lyon (FR) and Sassuolo (IT).
Customer & Competitive Insights
In collaboration with the Market Intelligence team, conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the definition of the product strategy, define entry points in the different markets and maintain a competitive edge.  
Sales Enablement
Products are developed locally but sold globally. The Technical Marketing Manager is expected to provide training, tools, and materials to support the Country sales teams in effectively positioning and selling sealant products.  
Performance Management
Monitor product performance, collect customer feedback, and continuously optimize product offerings.  

What type of profile

 
•    Industry Expertise: minimum 5+ years of experience in product management within the sealants industry (hybrid, silicone, acrylic, PU...) or a closely related field.  
•    Innovative Mindset: proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive creative, market-leading solutions.  
•    Strategic Thinking: strong business acumen and ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.  
•    Technical Knowledge: understanding of sealants chemistry, applications, and performance attributes.  
•    Project Management Skills: ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive cross-functional collaboration.  
•    Effective Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 
•    Steadiness and Conscientiousness: ability to be organized and methodical, consistent in work results, attentive to details and, as part of a cross-functional team, attentive to diverse contributions and able to develop active listening, self-awareness and an empathetic approach.
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
