We are looking for a VP of Brands to lead visual design strategy and execution across a range of iGaming projects. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining a strong visual identity, with a primary emphasis on UI design and key visual elements. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure immersive, engaging user experiences across all projects.
Role is based in Valencia, Spain (relocation support is provided by the company).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across all aspects of product design
- Provide creative direction to multiple product teams, aligning them with defined artistic goals
- Oversee the creation and approval of UI designs to ensure intuitive, engaging, and visually polished user interfaces
- Lead the conceptualisation and production of key promotional visuals and marketing assets
- Work closely with the Head of Design to ensure visual direction complements gameplay and narrative structure
- Monitor industry trends, technologies, and design innovations to enhance the visual quality of products
- Manage multiple design projects in parallel, ensuring timely delivery within set deadlines
- Conduct regular design reviews, offering constructive feedback to support team growth and skill development
- Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, including UI design and concept art; experience in the iGaming industry is highly preferred
- Proven track record in a senior creative leadership role (e.g., Art Director, Head of UX/UI, VP of Product), with successful delivery of visually impactful projects
- Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition, with the ability to apply them effectively in an iGaming context
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide diverse creative teams toward a unified design vision
- Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of balancing creativity and project constraints
- Passion for iGaming and solid awareness of different genres and player expectations
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and requirements
