****Candidate should have experience in Revamp/ Brownfield project in industries like refineries, fertilizers, petrochemicals, oil & Gas sectors.****

1. Process Engg.[B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical.) with 8 to 15 years]

Candidate should have experience in Process Engineering  for revamp brownfield projects in industries like Refineries, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, and Oil & Gas.

•  Candidate shall be well conversant with, Basic & Detailed engineering activities includes preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, Process Datasheets, System Hydraulics, Network sizing, simulation, heat & material/energy balance etc. Proficient with latest Process Engineering Software such as PRO II, Aspen Tech, Hysis, Flare Net, Hydraulics etc.

•  Process Engineering Calculation such as equipment sizing, safety valves sizing, instrument sizing etc. Safety studies such as HAZOP, HAZID and SIL etc. Latest National and International codes and standards such as  API, OISD, SMPV, IBR etc.  

 •  Knowledge of Local Statutory compliance related to process plants. Good knowledge of industry codes and standards e.g. ASTM/ASME/ANSI/API/NFPA/OISD/EIL. 

2. Lead LOSPE  [B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical) with 6 to 14 years]

•  The candidate should have experience in Process Safety/LOSPE Engineering for revamp brownfield projects in industries like Refineries, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, and Oil & Gas.

•   Conversant with all HSE related deliverables/activities. Key activities comprises of Fire Water Demand/Network Layout/P&ID, Hazardous area classification schedule and layout, Fire proofing schedule and layout.

•   Conversant with all Safety Studies of Oil & Gas Industry, such as HAZOP, SIL, HAZID, Fire & Gas Mapping etc.

•   This role requires strong technical skills, collaboration, and a proactive attitude towards learning and improvement.

3.Commissioning Manage  [B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical) with 6 to 12 years]

Experience in Process and Technical Safety field for plants such as Refinery, Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Off-Sites and Utility facilities. Candidate must have experience around 4 to 6 - EPC / EPCM in greenfield and revamp type project. Experienced as a facilitator in safety study.
