We are currently looking for an office manager who will take care of the happiness of employees in our office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It is important for us that our cozy office is the most comfortable place to work, and that all administrative processes are streamlined.

We are looking for a caring and attentive person who truly enjoys helping people and optimizing everything around them.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in the life support of an office
  • Solve administrative issues (communication with couriers, sending correspondence, cleaning control, purchasing food, office supplies, communicating with the landlord, etc.)
  • Keep records of primary documentation
  • Help Joom employees with their issues
  • Constantly generate new ideas that will help improve the office and the life of Joom employees

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an office manager
  • Fluent spoken English and Portuguese
  • Willingness to come to the office at 9-10 am 5 days a week (Avenida Paulista, São Paulo)

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the document management principles
