We are currently looking for a new member for the Shopping Centre Management team to join us in the position of Operations Supervisor - Saldanha Residence, Picoas Plaza, Mercado Bom Sucesso & Peninsula Boutique.
Working Place: Lisboa
Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or any other similar Engineering would be a plus
- Previous experience in managing operations, preferably in Shopping Centre/Hospitality business
- Skilled in working with providers and contractors and guaranteeing their levels of service
- Ability to supervise teams
- Fluent in English, both orally and written (mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Solid problem-solving & communication skills
- Results-oriented and resilient
- Driver's license and ability to travel
Responsibilities:
- Support the Shopping Centre Management Team in the operational and administrative management of the Shopping Centers Saldanha Residence, Picoas Plaza, Mercado Bom Sucesso (Porto) and Peninsula Boutique Center (Porto);
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Shopping Centres, namely Security, Cleaning and Maintenance, setting priorities for action and ensuring the proper deployment of technical and human resources;
- Support the central Operations team in the preparation of the annual Investment Plan;
- Prepare reports for both the Owner and Management Team to allow the monitoring of the business results.
