Job Description – Project Coordinator

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Help supervising and supporting different projects under Centific AI Data Services department.
• Detect and escalate any anomalies or patterns within the projects or within the team.
• Ensure daily communication with the management to know project status and set priorities.
• Participate in different Annotation projects, supporting different teams as required by the SPM or Service Line Head.
• Build a proper scheduling and ensure the correct prioritization of projects within the team.
• Communicate with all team members in regular basis to ensure a healthy working environment.
• If necessary, communicate with client’s representatives in the time and basis requested, or when needed, to make sure expectations are aligned.
• Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.
• Ensure the quality of Centific service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements.
• Keep a professional image before the client, as representative of the Centific Delivery team.
• Work with the team to bring process efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.
• Support the team members with any issues, improvements, or suggestions they may have.
• Train any new employee and ensure a proper knowledge of all the tools, processes, and instructions, as well as a proper integration within the team.
• Contribute to build and support a global team for successful delivery of AI Data Services.
• Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes, and business goals.
• Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.
