Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES• Answer general queries from users interested in the actions of the NGO.• Writing institutional material in order to promote the mission of the NGO.• Keep all communication channels of the NGO updated (website, social networks, newsletters).• Coordinate the realization of educational and relationship events.• Manage awareness campaigns.• Manage activities for the NGO's volunteer spokespersons.• Organize the logistics of the training of trainers and collaborate with the execution of the same throughout the country.• Collaborate with the development of the fundraising plan.• Generate reports of the results of all the initiatives that are developed and communicate them.• Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results.RequirementsEducation• University studies in progress or completed: Public Relations - Institutional Relations - Social Communication - Marketing (not exclusive).Experience• 2 years working experience in Communication Area or in NGO.• Knowledge and experience in foundations or civil associations, work related to fundraising, press and volunteer management will be valued.Knowledge• Good level of writing.• Use of Office Package.• Social media.Languages• English: Not required.Personal characteristics• Excellent interpersonal relationships.• Autonomy• Teamwork• Proactivity• Passion and love for social work.Additional InformationTravels• 20%Confidential Information• Low
