• Provides support through quotation, buy and sell order processing and closing in a timely manner
• Compiles data and prepares reports as assigned
• Responds to customer queries, complaints and works with appropriate internal parties and stakeholders
• Process customers’ orders, key into the system, process the orders with vendors, issue invoice, arrange for shipment and ensure that shipment arrives at the customer’s designated location, support customs process
• This post will have to deal with different parties – customers, vendors, internal stakeholders at different regions (e.g. Europe, Asia & China, AMERICAS)

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service/Order Processing
• SAP (PS4) knowledge is Mandatory
• Microsoft Excel application
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Problem Solving & good organizational skills
• Experience in working with Manufacturer in Asia is an added advantage
• Accustomed to working in an international environment and multidisciplinary teams.
• English read, written and spoken
• French is a plus 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
