Key Responsibilities
1.Done-for-You (DFY) Setup & Partner Support
Assist in setting up automated funnels, landing pages, and systems on Exly for new partners
Schedule onboarding and alignment meetings with coaches/trainers
Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to active usage of the Exly platform
2.Community Management & Nurturing
Proactively engage with existing creators to keep them active, supported, and growing
Collect feedback to continuously optimize user experience
Help manage session reminders, queries, and technical issues if any
3.Marketing & Growth Support
Coordinate with internal teams to create and execute content (emails, WhatsApp, social media) that drives registrations and engagement
Support partners in promoting their sessions/workshops using Exly’s features
Track campaign effectiveness and report learnings
4.Future Growth Path
With strong performance, opportunity to lead client sessions, manage partner portfolios, and grow into a full-time role
Potential to train, manage, and scale onboarding for new creators
