The role
We are on the lookout for a Junior Account Executive to join our Acquisition Sales team in the Academy Business Unit.
In this role, your mission will be to guide prospective students through the full enrollment journey—helping them take the next step in their professional growth while contributing directly to the success of our educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle: from qualifying leads to converting interest into confirmed enrollments, before handing over to the post-sales team
- Manage inbound leads and re-engage inactive prospects through daily sales calls and timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to streamline the acquisition process and ensure timely, high-quality interactions
- Partner with the marketing team to share qualitative feedback from prospects and contribute to market research efforts
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity using HubSpot CRM to ensure clear tracking and performance visibility
- Offer consultative support, helping candidates make confident, informed decisions about joining our learning community
- Continuously improve your pitch and approach to boost conversion rates and deliver impact on sales targets
About you
Ideally, you’re a motivated and people-driven sales professional at the beginning of your career, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in education and innovation.
On top of this, you are:
- Experienced with at least 1 year in sales or business development
- A native Italian speaker and fully fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate there with the motivation to stay long-term
- Eager to grow your career in sales and take ownership of your results
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and energized by daily conversations with prospects
- Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot strongly preferred), even at a basic level
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack
- A clear, empathetic communicator who builds trust quickly
- Both a self-starter and a collaborative team player

Selection process

First call. You’ll have an initial conversation with one of our Account Executives—an opportunity to dive deeper into the role, your motivations, and how this internship aligns with your goals. Make sure to check out our company page beforehand.
Second round. You'll then meet our Team Leaders, Leopoldo and Beatrice. This conversation will include a roleplay exercise designed to assess your communication skills and sales attitude.
Final step. You’ll meet with Matteo, our Sales Operations Director, and our Talent Acquisition Specialist for a final conversation focused on cultural fit and alignment with our way of working.
