Are you a strategic sales leader ready to shape the future of a growing Canadian flooring company? Our client is a well-established industry leader known for delivering premium products and outstanding customer service across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. As they expand nationally, they are looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead growth, build strong partnerships, and drive high-performance culture across the country.
This is a key leadership role based in Mississauga, Ontario, reporting directly to the CEO.
Job Description:
- Lead and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business goals and established targets.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing, multi-regional sales team.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand key client relationships.
- Drive revenue through strategic account development and pricing oversight.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in flooring.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role driving revenue growth, team leadership, and market expansion
- Strong industry network and customer relationship-building skills
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach
Location: Mississauga (hybrid flexibility); national travel required
