About the role
- Design usable, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing digital brand experiences.
- Research real user behaviours and needs through metrics, interviews, or questionnaires, and translate findings into effective solutions.
- Audit design flows and their documentation, evaluating their user experience.
- Define information architecture, navigation flows, and functional wireframes.
- Participate in or lead the creation, evolution, documentation, and implementation of complex design systems.
- Coordinate projects with a focus on objectives, timelines, and quality.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams alongside strategy, technology, content, and client profiles.
- Present and argue proposals with clarity, judgment, and vision.
- Drive a user-centered design culture.
- Identify opportunities for digital improvement or innovation in client conversations or during product analysis.
About you
- Experience in digital product design.
- Solid knowledge of UX, UI, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail in all phases of the process.
- Analytical ability to understand complex problems and solve them through design, testing, and iteration.
- Experience in research: interviews, questionnaires, data analysis, and synthesis of findings.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, FigJam, Notion, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based work.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development and CMS to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.

- Experience leading teams or mentoring designers.
- Participation in inclusive design and accessibility projects.
- Track record working with scalable and well-documented design systems.
- Ability to identify new business needs aligned with the client's strategic objectives, anticipate challenges, and activate new opportunities in digital environments.
- Ability to design strategic proposals, design roadmaps, and product evolution plans.
