Role Summary

We're looking for a proactive Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work directly with the management team to drive initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and management to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Translate requirements into user stories, BRDs, and wireframes

• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify improvement areas

• Support cross-functional teams through the implementation process

• Create and manage documentation (BRD, FRS, process flows, presentations)

• Participate in UAT and ensure solutions meet defined requirements

• Assist in project tracking, reporting, and risk assessment

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing/IT/CS)

• Must be comfortable working directly with management and cross-functional leaders

• Strong communication skills — both verbal and written

• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

• Hands-on with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI

• IT knowledge and tech awareness are essential, as the role requires close coordination with technical and product teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
