Missions & Activities 

• Define and lead the implementation of the Group’s Digital Strategy, driving priorities and delivering systems and applications development. 

• Maintain the portfolio of projects and ensure the successful deployment, support, and maintenance of IT systems and applications, including ERP platforms. Manage IT/Digital projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business needs and priorities. 

• Support global infrastructure services by ensuring project management and lifecycle standardization implementation to guarantee robust, scalable, and consistent services, enhancing our operations and security. 

• Ensure IT security and compliance with applicable legislation and regulations, corporate standards, security rules, and IT policies. 

• Promote a digital mindset and foster collaboration across the organization via technology.  

• Facilitate the sharing and use of IT best practices. 

• Oversee end-user support and ensure proper escalation as needed. Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality IT services for users across the organization. 

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or a related field 

• More than 10 years’ infrastructure and network experience, preferably in an industrial and commercial environment, with experience leading international and decentralized teams 

• Hands on and results-oriented approach 

• Experience with SAP implementation & deployment (including production plants) 

• Cost-effective digital transformation 

• Open and aware about Artificial Intelligence (especially for industry applications) 

• Strong awareness of IT security: Cibervadis, ISO 27001 + RGPD 

• Ability to communicate, explain, simplify, and work with all departments 

• Advanced level of English required, with Spanish and French highly preferred
