We have had the honour of working with many US, Canadian, and European-based pharmaceutical and biotech clients with some of the most exciting therapies in diseases of high unmet need.  


We are currently looking for an experienced Medical Affairs Consultant to join our team. This is an intermediate-level, full-time role supporting client project delivery. Specific responsibilities include: 

  • Conducting research and gathering, interpreting, and organizing scientific and business intelligence data for strategy projects
  • Researching and drafting therapeutic area reports that capture scientific and business intelligence 
  • Managing preparation for facilitated client workshops 
  • Developing reports capturing the output of facilitated client workshops and interviews
  • Researching and summarizing scientific literature, being a client resource on scientific content 
  • Leading client engagement and building long-term client relationships, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Leading a team to facilitate successful execution of deliverables


    


Requirements

 

Qualifications and Skill Requirements 

  • 4-7 years’ experience in an agency setting or consulting firm with client exposure, preferably within the life sciences sector
  • Able to start working full-time within 3 weeks of receiving an offer
  • Able to analyze and communicate (written and verbal) scientific information across different therapeutic areas at a level of detail for appropriate for the audience
  • Demonstrated analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as lead a project team to execute deliverables within stated timelines
  • Proven writing/communication skills with high attention to detail - both in a narrative style for reports as well as PowerPoint presentations
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills
  • Strong capability in juggling priorities to meet deadlines while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellence in PowerPoint
  • Legally able to work in Canada, a valid passport and ability to travel to Europe and USA
