The role:
The Sales Development is a fundamental piece in our business, he/she is the person who will make us continue to grow and expand in the market, his/her main purpose is to bring new clients to our company, maintain and develop current customers in the corporate industry.
What you will do:
- Develop our business in Conosur by prospecting and signing on new customer.
- Prospecting, through cold calling and in-person visits
- Create, manage and develop client portfolio
- Manage the Sales life-cycle through to successful onboarding of new customers, and payment collection.
- Organize meetings / visits to new clients. Preparation and monitoring of proposals.
- Pipeline planning and administration.
- Identify and manage cross selling and up selling opportunities
- Develop jointly with his/her Leader the commercial strategic plan to achieve growth objectives
What we are looking for:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales and SaaS, consultative selling industries (IT, Data Management, Finance, Fintech’s,Platforms)
- Advanced English level
- CRM management (Salesforce desirable).
- Strong ‘Hunter’ profile, negotiation skills, results oriented.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Proactive, resilient, tolerant and self-motivated person.
