JOB PURPOSE | Always ensure cloud infrastructure and services availability. |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | - Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure, AWS-based infrastructure, and services.
- Monitor and optimize Azure and AWS resources to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate deployment and management processes using Azure DevOps, AWS containerization or other relevant tools.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect Azure, AWS resources and data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to Azure, AWS services and infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest Aws, Azure services and features, and proactively propose improvements to enhance our cloud infrastructure.

WORK EXPERIENCE | 6+ years of experience in handling overall infrastructure out of that 4+ years hands on experience on Azure, AWS infrastructure and services. |

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES WITH PROF LEVELS | - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various Azure services, such as Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Active Directory, and others, AWS RDS, IAM, VPC.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in tools like AWS Cloud Formation or Terraform to design, Dev-ops provision, and manage infrastructure resources in a repeatable and automated manner.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Ability to monitor AWS resources, configure alerts, and perform troubleshooting to maintain high availability and performance of applications and services.
- Security and Compliance: Understanding of Azure, AWS security best practices, implementing proper access controls, encryption, and compliance measures such as HIPAA or GDPR.
- Networking: Proficiency in configuring and managing virtual private clouds (VPCs), subnets, security groups, routing tables, and VPN connections.
- Azure Monitoring and Diagnostics: Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Application Insights to effectively monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot Azure resources and applications.
