Role’s mission

We are currently looking for a Client Manager to lead one of our client portfolios within the Client Service team based in our Madrid office. This role offers the opportunity to support and grow the FMCG sector and be a key part of business development. You’ll apply your analytical skills to deliver impactful insights to our clients, supporting their decision-making processes.

Manage assigned clients for consistent growth, develop supervised team under Client Director's mentorship.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement the business plan defined with your Client Director.
  • Increase business volume through commercial actions with your assigned client portfolio.
  • Develop, manage, present, and follow up on commercial proposals requested by your clients.
  • Analyze and present data to provide actionable conclusions and recommendations.
  • Continuously supervise and analyze your sales and action targets to report and accurate deviations.
  • Manage your support team, ensuring their learning and development.

  • Data analysis and synthesis.
  • Dynamism, client orientation, and strong discernment.
  • High empathy and strong client dedication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in client management.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience in quantitative data analysis, especially in the FMCG sector, is a plus. Experience with panel data is also valued.
