Within the Global Marketing department, we are recruiting a Global Product Manager for the Myeloma activity.

 

Main purpose of the position:

 

  • The role summary will be based on the development of the strategies and marketing plan for the product portfolio for which he/she is responsible to achieve the targets. In line with Sebia's objectives, his/her recommendations must be based on data collected worldwide. 
  • He/she is an active member of the various multidisciplinary working groups during the development phases, and a leader during the launch and post-market phases (life cycle management).
  • His/her actions should be aimed at supporting the Sales organisation by defining a strategic approach and providing relevant promotional tools and training for different markets and customer segments.
  • He/she will represent the company and its image to Opinion Leaders, customers, subsidiaries, and   

 

Key activities:

 

  • Conducts market research to gain a thorough understanding of the market
  • Proposes strategies and action plans to management to protect and grow product lines
  • Proposes new product development projects for the annual plan to line managers
  • Drafts marketing specifications and acts as the marketing interface in multidisciplinary project group teams to ensure that new products comply with marketing specifications
  • Defines, updates and validates the packaging elements for their products
  • Ensures the launch of products in their range
  • Develops and maintains good relationships with their Opinion Leaders
  • Organise the necessary scientific studies with other countries. Analyse scientific literature and share its content with other countries from a strategic perspective
  • Provides the training and coaching necessary for the successful implementation of action plans in all countries
  • Develops promotional materials
  • Organises and participates in conferences and exhibitions
  • Develops the marketing plan for the coming year for its products, as well as its action plans and budget.

 

Specific professional knowledge:

 

  • BAC+5: Master's degree or engineering degree related to the technical nature of the products managed, ideally supplemented by a master’s degree in marketing or business School or equivalent professional experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics market
  • Bilingual French/English
