Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Backend Software Developer, you will be instrumental in the development and delivery of our enterprise SaaS solutions. Leveraging your expertise in backend technologies and cloud infrastructure, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our platform.
 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services and APIs utilizing Spring Boot and Docker.

• Knowledge of developing enterprise SaaS solutions and the principles of continuous delivery on AWS infrastructure

• Actively participate in the analysis and design phases of projects, collaborating closely with the architect to ensure alignment with technical strategy and best practices for our backend systems.

• Utilize strong knowledge of design patterns and best practices in combination of current backend technologies.

• Have a proactive approach to adopting new tools and methodologies.

• Exhibit a driven, passionate, and detail-oriented approach to software development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable backend solutions.
  
   

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in computer science or a related technical field.

• 3-5 years of hands-on backend development experience.

• Proven experience of developing enterprise SaaS solutions, particularly the backend aspects.

• Strong knowledge of OOP principles.

• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and/or Java EE, and REST/GraphQL API development.

• Strong knowledge of relational database engines (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).

• Knowledge of AWS or deployments in similar Cloud infrastructures.

• Used IntelliJ or similar IDE for development and issue tracking systems (Jira).

• Degrees, Certifications, and/or awards/recognition that you have achieved

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology and/or SCRUM

• Experience working with code under source control (Git/TFVC/Mercurial/Svn/etc)

• Experience being part of a continuous integration and deployment process
