What You’ll Be Up To:
Making invoice magic—processing, verifying, and keeping things running smoothly
Paying vendors on time (because we’re polite and punctual)
Tracking payments like a hawk
Reconciling accounts and chasing down those sneaky discrepancies
Handling AR with confidence—creating invoices, posting payments, and following up
Keeping our records sharp, clean, and audit-ready
Putting together reports that help us make smarter moves
Teaming up with other departments to sort out any financial wrinkles
Supporting month-end/year-end tasks like a true closing-day champ
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable or similar
A love for accuracy and spreadsheets (Excel is your BFF)
Strong organizational skills and a serious eye for detail
ERP experience (Acumatica or Oracle = bonus points)
Calm under pressure—you don’t flinch at tight deadlines
Great communication skills and a can-do attitude
A diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field (or working towards it)
